These regions carry centuries of textile heritage, and our artisans have spent generations perfecting the same techniques passed down through their families. Our collection spans a curated range of premium materials — hand-tufted wool, hand-woven jute, wool-jute blends, and high-pile faux fur. Each material is selected for its quality, durability, and aesthetic character. Hand-tufted rugs are made using a tufting gun that loops yarn through a backing cloth — delivering a rich, plush pile and intricate patterns with precision. Hand-woven rugs are woven entirely on a loom, thread by thread, resulting in a flatter, denser texture with extraordinary longevity. Both are true artisan products — the difference lies in the character and feel they bring to a room.

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery and exchanges are available within the same 30-day window. Rugs must be returned in their original, unused condition. Once we receive and inspect the return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. Please note that custom-made rugs are non-returnable unless they arrive faulty.
