At Rug Craftworks, we offer free standard shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required and no exceptions. In some cases, customers may also be eligible for a complimentary upgrade to expedited shipping.


CAN I MODIFY MY ORDER?

Due to our commitment to quick processing and dispatch, orders are automatically processed within 30 minutes after being placed. As a result, changes to orders are not possible once submitted. However, if you have ordered an incorrect item, you may request a return in accordance with our Return Policy.

To ensure successful delivery, please make sure your shipping address is entered accurately and includes all required details. Proper abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and any necessary routing information must be included. Please note that we are not responsible for lost, misplaced, or misdelivered shipments due to incorrect address details provided at checkout, as stated in our Terms and Conditions.

WHY ARE MY ITEMS SHIPPED IN SEPARATE PACKAGES?

For orders containing multiple items, products may be shipped separately from different warehouses to ensure faster delivery. Additionally, if certain items are in high demand or temporarily on backorder, they may be dispatched individually to avoid delays.


WHAT IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED OR LOST?

All shipments are covered with insurance for your protection. If your order is delayed, held at customs, returned, or lost during transit, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent promptly.


DO I HAVE TO PAY DUTIES AND TAXES?

No, all import duties and taxes are covered by Rug Craftworks. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures. For further updates, you may contact your local customs authority.
