30-DAY NO-QUESTIONS-ASKED RETURN POLICY

We aim to offer a smooth and satisfactory shopping experience for all customers at Rug Craftworks. However, we understand that there may be occasions when you wish to return a product. If you would like to initiate a return, please contact our support team. They will guide you with return instructions and assist you throughout the process if required.


RETURNS WITHIN 30 DAYS

Any item can be returned within 30 days of delivery. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Rug Craftworks, you may return eligible items for a full refund within 30 days—without any conditions or exceptions. The refund will be processed once the returned item has been received, inspected, and approved.

To be eligible for a full refund:

The item must be in resellable condition.

It must be returned in its original packaging, without any signs of use or removal.

All original components and accessories (e.g., drain and overflow parts) must be included.

Any included printed materials, manuals, and accessories must be returned.

The product must not show any signs of wear (such as scratches, marks, or residue).

A valid proof of purchase (e.g., receipt) must be provided.


Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow 4–5 business days for the refund to reflect in your bank account or credit card, depending on your financial provider.

Items returned that do not meet the above conditions may not qualify for a refund. Products that are damaged during installation are not eligible for return or refund.

All returned products must be shipped exclusively to our central warehouse in Europe for proper inspection and processing. Please ensure that all return shipments are sent to the following address:

Returns sent to any alternative address will not be accepted or processed.


RETURN WITHOUT ORIGINAL PACKAGING

In exceptional cases, returns without original packaging may be accepted. Please contact us in advance to request a return label. All such requests must be approved by our customer support team. Approval is not guaranteed and is reviewed on a case-by-case basis.


I RECEIVED A DEFECTIVE ITEM

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately to request a replacement. Kindly include clear photos of the issue to help us process your request efficiently. Once verified, a replacement item will be shipped to you.


INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION PROVIDED

As stated in our Terms and Conditions, Rug Craftworks is not responsible for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments due to inaccurate address details provided during checkout. Once an order has been processed, modifications cannot be made.

To avoid delivery issues, please ensure that your shipping details are entered correctly and completely, including house number, apartment details, and any required routing information.
