Hand-tufted rugs are made using a tufting gun that loops yarn through a backing cloth — delivering a rich, plush pile and intricate patterns with precision. We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery and exchanges are available within the same 30-day window. Rugs must be returned in their original, unused condition. Once we receive and inspect the return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. Please note that custom-made rugs are non-returnable unless they arrive faulty.
